She has more than 20 years of experience in helping people with mental illness and as psychotherapy/marriage counselor in private practice settings. Having done her Masters in Counseling, she also worked as a parenting instructor, family conflict specialist, adolescent unit director in behavioral health hospitals, and provide psychotherapy/marriage counseling in private practice settings. She draws on multiple approaches, including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Marriage Therapy, to help her clients have a better outlook of life.
